Instructions (Print this page out if needed)

1. Click the "Proposed Revision" to the Clay County Sewage Code to read it online. You may also print the document for viewing at your convenience. This document is 35 pages long and is in Adobe PDF format.
2. To fill out the comment form, you will need Adobe Reader version 7.0 or higher. This is a free download from Adobe and can be found by clicking the "Get Adobe Reader" button at the top of this page.
3. Once you have the latest version of Adobe Reader, open this link to the comment form and fill out the form.
4. Once the form is filled out, click the submit button on the bottom of the form to email it to us.
5. ALTERNATIVE METHOD: you may also right-click this link and choose "Save Target As..." to download the form to your PC.  You may then open and print the form, fill it out by hand, and then mail it to us.
6. If you wish to have someone contact you, make sure contact information is filled out on the form.

Comments: Describe your concern or comment in detail: What is it about the particular section that concerns you?
