Flu Clinic Schedule for 2008

The Clay County Public Health Center is concerned that there will be another flu outbreak this year.  When people are sick – they SHOULD stay home.  But at the same time – it affects schools, businesses and families.

We encourage you to get a flu shot for yourself and your child.  Last year, 9 out of 10 kids (aged 5-14) who were seen for the flu at local hospitals had never had a flu shot.  We believe an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.  There is adequate vaccine available this year.

For more information on where you can get flu shots for you and your children, call (816) 595-4355.

Before coming to one of the flu clinics listed below, please print the following forms and bring them with you to the flu clinic. Please fill out the Patient Health Assessment Form before coming to the clinic.  Free Adobe Reader required.
